“Fred attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, earning a degree as an Electrical Engineer (1958) and attended California State University in San Diego, California, earning a Master of Business Administration degree (1972).  He began his career at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Niskayuna, New York.  After enlisting in the US Air Force, Fred served as a navigator-bombardier, and later in the 659^thAerospace Test Wing.  He ended his military career at Offutt Air Force Base as a Staff Development Engineering Manager.”
