Brother Jim Mitchell was selected as 2011 Significant Sigma Chi. Dr. Mitchell is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and Consulting Geotechnical Engineer. Brother Mitchell was honored during our Sigma Chi 60th anniversary at the RPI Homecoming as a Davies Medal Award winner in October 2010.
